Established in 1953 by professional employees at the City of Ottawa, the Civic Institute of Professional Personnel (CIPP) has been the union for municipal professionals in the Ottawa region for more than 70 years. Today, we represent professionals who work for the City of Ottawa and Ottawa Community Housing.
