Executive Director Peter Bleyer speaks on hybrid work

Last month City of Ottawa management announced that, starting in the new year, employees are to be in the office five days a week.  

We immediately made our opposition to this change extremely clear to the employer. We filed a policy grievance alleging that the employer’s failure to consult with the union contravenes Article 40 of the collective agreement. And Executive Director Peter spoke to several media outlets to further voice our concerns. You can find links to these interviews below.
