CIPP members at OCH ratify Collective Agreement

After a challenging round of bargaining, CIPP members at Ottawa Community Housing strongly ratified their new collective agreement on December 16, 2024.  

CIPP members contributed a great deal to this round of bargaining. From the large number who participated in the bargaining consultation meeting and completed the bargaining survey to the small group who pushed hard at the bargaining table. It was team effort from start to finish! 

Please find below a summary of the most significant changes in the collective agreement. The Collective Agreement document will be shared as soon as it is finalized.  

The new agreement is in effect from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027.
